A decade across fintech, retail, and operations kept surfacing the same challenge from different angles: siloed systems, competing versions of truth, and people making decisions without enough visibility. The technical problem is usually solvable. The harder part is building something people actually trust — and that requires understanding the people as much as the data.
I've built pipelines, designed data models, led small engineering teams, and shipped dashboards from scratch. But the work I'm most proud of isn't the infrastructure — it's the moment a stakeholder stops asking "can you pull that for me?" because the answer is already in front of them. I care as much about adoption as I do about accuracy.

I've come to believe that people don't underperform because they lack ability. More often, the system around them wasn't built for their success. That's what drives the work — infrastructure that gives people the visibility they need to do their best.
I'm collaborative by default and self-aware about where I add the most value: the technical layer between raw data and real decisions. I work best alongside people who challenge the thinking, not just the code — and who care as much about whether something gets used as whether it gets built.

Data Pipeline Engineering
I build the infrastructure that makes analytics reliable — ETL/ELT pipelines in Python, SQL-based transformation layers, RESTful API integrations, and high-availability data systems. Clean data in, trustworthy metrics out.
Analytics & Visualization
I design dashboards people actually use. Working primarily in Tableau, I focus on the right KPIs, clean visual hierarchy, and layouts that reduce ad-hoc requests and increase data literacy across teams.
Team & Technical Leadership
I've led engineering teams from the ground up, defined data standards, and translated complex systems into clear business decisions. I communicate findings in plain language and build systems that support the people using them.
